1. IN GENERAL

The products or parts of them that the issue relates, must be returned in that period of time properly packaged, postage, by the customer and according to those specific instructions that ITALIAGROUP CORPORATE SRL may have given the time of delivery. The products or parts thereof returned must be accompanied by a note showing the invoice number on the purchase and description of the nature of the defect, as well as any other information specified by ITALIAGROUP CORPORATE SRL at the time of delivery. All products or parts thereof replaced by ITALIAGROUP CORPORATE SRL become the exclusive property of the same. This warranty supersedes any warranty or other provisions established by law in terms of quality or fitness for any particular use of the products, except those provisions which by law can not be waived. Regarding products sold provisions and conditions of warranty will be valid as the manufacturer of the product.
8. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ITS AVAILABILITY '

Payments can be made as follows:

10.1 FAILURE TO PAY

13. REFUNDS AND CHARGES FOR

15. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

16. COPYRIGHT AND PATENTS
ITALIAGROUP CORPORATE SRL warns customers that the products presented in the electronic catalog may be subject to patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights.
