The CA1440ACG is a professional trolley designed to store and keep warm up to 88 plates with diameters from 25 to 31 cm. Its enclosed configuration incorporates a heating system with an adjustable thermostat and a declared maximum temperature of 60°C.
The supporting structure is made of plastic-coated steel, combined with an anodised aluminium frame and Perfex panels. Internal access is provided by 4 opening plexiglass doors, while the plate holding system uses chrome-plated racks.
