Professional graduated jugs and round mixing bowls

Professional graduated measuring jugs and round mixing bowls (bastardelle) are essential tools for professional kitchens, pastry shops, bakeries and food laboratories. Designed for intensive use, they ensure practicality, precision and maximum hygiene.

Professional graduated plastic measuring jugs

The graduated measuring jugs are made of transparent food-grade polypropylene and are available in different capacities, from 0.5 litres up to 5 litres.

Equipped with an ergonomic handle (open or closed) and a pouring spout, they allow easy and precise pouring of water, food liquids and liquid or semi-liquid preparations. Some models feature a double graduation scale for enhanced reading accuracy.

The measuring jugs can be combined with a dedicated lid, ideal for protecting contents during storage or transport.

Professional round mixing bowls

These bowls are made of food-grade polypropylene, lightweight yet robust, easy to handle and dishwasher safe. Available capacities include 2.5 litres, 4.5 litres and 6 litres.

For improved stability during use, dedicated bowl supports are also available.
