Structure and refrigeration system

Refrigerated counters are manufactured with AISI 304 stainless steel frame and worktop, an ideal material for professional environments thanks to its durability, ease of cleaning and long service life.

Refrigeration is generally ventilated, with an integrated and removable refrigeration unit to simplify maintenance operations. Temperature control is managed by a digital thermostat, while defrosting is automatic.
