The FIMAR LCF10T is a professional mussel washer designed for restaurants, fish shops, commercial kitchens and food preparation facilities.
It handles approximately 6÷10 kg per load and provides a declared output of up to 120 kg/h. This version operates on 400V – 50Hz – 3N three-phase power with a rated power of 550 W.
The 0÷4 minute adjustable timer allows the cleaning cycle to be adapted to operating requirements. An automatic water jet helps remove residues during processing.
A product discharge button facilitates unloading at the end of the cycle.
Standard equipment includes a removable PPC brush plate. The LCF10T is configured without a side abrasive.
The structure is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The transparent food-grade polycarbonate upper lid allows the product to be visually monitored during operation.
Safety microswitches are fitted to the upper lid and product outlet.
The LCF10T is designed for installation on its dedicated stand.
The stand is not included with the machine and must be purchased separately.
The stand is mandatory for correct installation and professional operation.
