The FIMAR LCF5M is designed to automate mussel cleaning in restaurants, seafood preparation areas, professional kitchens and food-processing operations.
Its working capacity is approximately 3÷5 kg, with a declared output of up to 60 kg/h. This model operates on 230V single-phase power and is fitted with a Schuko plug.
The 0÷4 minute adjustable timer allows the operator to set the processing time. An automatic water jet helps remove cleaning residues during operation.
A product discharge button facilitates unloading at the end of the cycle.
The machine includes a removable PPC brush plate and is configured without a side abrasive.
The machine structure is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. Its transparent food-grade polycarbonate upper lid allows the product to remain visible during processing.
Safety microswitches are fitted to the upper lid and product discharge opening.
The LCF5M has no supporting feet and is designed for installation on its dedicated stand.
The stand is not supplied with the machine and must be ordered separately.
The stand is mandatory for correct installation and use of the mussel washer.
