The FIMAR LCF18T is a high-capacity professional mussel washer designed for restaurants, fish shops, commercial kitchens and food preparation facilities handling substantial volumes of shellfish.
It handles approximately 10÷18 kg per load and provides a declared output of up to 220 kg/h. This version operates on 400V – 50Hz – 3N three-phase power, with a rated power of 900 W and a red 5-pole industrial plug.
The 0÷4 minute adjustable timer allows the cleaning cycle to be adapted to processing requirements.
An automatic water jet helps remove cleaning residues during operation, while the product discharge button facilitates unloading after the cycle.
Standard equipment includes a removable PPC brush plate. This configuration is supplied without a side abrasive.
The machine features an AISI 304 stainless steel structure and a transparent food-grade polycarbonate upper lid. Safety microswitches are fitted to the upper lid and product outlet.
The FIMAR LCF18T is designed for installation and operation on its dedicated stand.
The stand is not included with the machine and must be purchased separately.
