The CBC001 built-in coffee knock bar is designed for professional espresso preparation counters. Its AISI 304 stainless steel frame incorporates a central black ribbed bar used to knock spent coffee grounds from the espresso portafilter.
Unlike a complete knock box, CBC001 is an open-bottom frame. It does not include a coffee grounds container, allowing the collection arrangement to be planned separately beneath the worktop.
After brewing espresso, the operator taps the portafilter against the central bar to release the used coffee puck. The grounds can pass through the open underside into a separately installed container.
This configuration is suitable for cafés, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and hotel coffee service areas where the workstation layout requires a built-in knock bar.
