Gas lava stone grills are designed for natural and even cooking of meat, fish, vegetables, cheese and bread. Heat from the gas burners warms the lava stones, which spread the heat uniformly, delivering results similar to traditional charcoal grilling.
Depending on the model, the cooking surface may feature an enameled cast iron grill (one side for meat and one for fish) or a stainless steel V-shaped grill in countertop versions. The structure is fully made of stainless steel with double-wall insulation, piezo ignition, removable drip tray and methane operation with LPG kit included.
Models 80 and 115 cm allow independent control of both halves of the grill surface, improving efficiency and cooking flexibility.
Optional accessories include open or closed support stands and a dedicated fish grill.
The burners heat the lava stones, which distribute heat evenly across the grill.
Cast iron retains heat longer. Stainless steel is lighter and easier to clean.
