Professional oven hoods are designed to properly extract fumes and vapors generated during baking, improving the working environment and protecting both staff and equipment. The Gastronorm range includes traditional extraction hoods and condensation hoods compatible with various electric and pizza oven models.
Made of high-quality stainless steel, these hoods offer durability, easy cleaning and long-term performance. Models with integrated filtration allow operation even without a flue connection, thanks to active carbon filters and condensation systems.
Hoods are available in different sizes for single or double ovens, featuring multi-speed motors, stainless steel grease filters and extraction systems designed for high-intensity use.
The extraction hood expels fumes through ducting. The condensation hood filters, cools and collects vapors, allowing use even without a flue.
Professional hoods fit most electric and pizza ovens. They are not compatible with small compact models such as MICRO, MINI and FES.
No, if using a hood with active carbon filters or a condensation hood. Vapors are treated internally without external ducting.
Professional models feature multi-speed motors ideal for intensive workloads and high-vapor environments.
Stainless steel grease filters are washable. Active carbon filters should be replaced periodically depending on usage.
